Sunday Sept. 7 * Phil. 4:20-23

Phil. 4:20-23

20 To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.  21 Greet all the saints in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me send greetings. 22 All the saints send you greetings, especially those who belong to Caesar’s household.  23 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

For all we’ve experienced at Grace Fellowship, I praise God and give Him all the glory.  As Christ-followers we need to always remember:  It’s Not About Me.   I hope you’ve enjoyed our journey through Philippians over the past 4 weeks!  It’s been a JOY for me; of course it should be since that’s the theme of the book!

An old acronym of GRACE is:  God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense.  It’s amazing that God continues to pour out His love and mercy upon us when we deserve just the opposite; it’s truly His amazing grace!    I am so thankful that the grace of God draws us into a relationship with Jesus Christ and it’s His continued grace that will work out what He began in us (Phil. 1:6).  We are not only saved by grace, we are also sustained by grace.    So, as Paul told the Believers at this church in Philippi – I say to you:  “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.”
