My Days Are Numbered

This past week in my time alone with God I read these words: “LORD, remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered, and that my life is fleeing away”  (Psalm 39:4 NLT).  We don’t like to think of things like this, but it’s still true.  Life on earth is short, so I think we should make the most of it!

Psalm 39:4 is a great prelude to the new adventure we are about to begin at Grace Fellowship.  On March 7th (new Hispanic/Bi-lingual service) and March 8th we’ll enter The ONE MONTH TO LIVE Challenge as a church.  It’s going to be amazing.

I hope you’ll take the OMTL challenge with me.  Here are some simple steps that will make it even more incredible for you.  1) Attend GFC every weekend during the OMTL series.  2)  Buy the book: One Month To Live – which will be available this Sunday at GFC.  3) Get connected with a OMTL Small Group – join a new group or an existing small group.  4) Pray that God would do something amazing in your life during this challenge.  5) Invite other people to attend.

Why bother?  Read Psalm 39:4 again.   “LORD, remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered, and that my life is fleeing away.”
