Cracking Your Church Culture Code is a new book by Samuel Chand and should be read by all church leaders!

Here’s one interesting thought from chapter 4. The existing vocabulary in a church is seldom analyzed – and even less often challenged – b/c the choice of terms is ritualized in an airtight tradition. Many churches still use the same vocabulary they used decades ago. As the culture changes around us, we sound increasingly irrelevant.
