BOLD (BIG – Day 7 – Acts 7)

All I can think about and envision when I read Acts 7 is the boldness of Stephen.  He not only knew the history of his people, but used it to lead up to his “in your face” truth about Jesus and the fact that those religious leaders who had arrested him were responsible for betraying and murdering Jesus.  I think I would’ve been inspired to see this man in action, because it’s evident he was very humble & Godly (Acts 7:60) yet he had a fiery boldness when confronting them about Jesus.

My heart has been pierced to some degree as I’ve read this because I realize that my boldness for Christ falls far short of where it should be.  I hope in coming days that I will be more bold in sharing with others the truth about Christ.
