Easter Isn’t A Once A Year Event

For those of you who took the BIG Challenge to read through the Book of Acts leading up to Easter, I hope you were blessed and surprised by what God revealed to you about our history – the history of the church.   It was certainly convicting to me to realize the boldness of those 1st century followers of Christ.  They didn’t celebrate the event of the resurrection once a year; they talked to people around it all the time!   We need to follow their example!

As we finished the Book of Acts and completed our series “BIG” at GFC yesterday –  the one thing to remember is this simple message we’ve been entrusted to take to the rest of the world:   That Jesus died for our sins — He was buried — He was raised — He was seen.
