Flash, Macho, Chicken Express & Jim

Last night we had an incredible Volunteer Appreciation Party at Grace Fellowship which included a surprise visit by Flash Johnson, Macho, Chicken Express and Jim Johnston (from the Jim & Jim Duo).   I’m not sure they remembered all their lines which made their appearance even funnier.

I want to thank all our Pastors and Assistants & our Staff Families for doing such an incredible job putting this party together.  Every person on our staff worked diligently on the GFC Marble Board gifts which were a sensational hit; that made all the hours of personal labor worth every minute.  And our staff team and families worked hard to make this party a success for all our volunteers; it was a blast!

Thank you to our Staff Ladies & Pastor’s Wives who put together an incredible meal which had plenty of nutritious and healthy options.

I loved hearing from several of our Volunteers on how they came to GFC and how they love to serve here.  I also loved telling you some of the stories we get to share in staff meeting week after week about changed lives at Grace.

Loving God – Loving People – Loving Life is not some nice slogan for us – it’s a way of life!  I’m so thankful for a church family that’s willing to do whatever it takes to help people enter a personal relationship with Jesus and help them develop into committed followers of Christ.

Last night was a blast for our staff and volunteers!  If you missed it, I want to express to you how much we appreciate you!  Our Pastors and staff could never do what we do without you and Grace Fellowship would never be the miracle of God it is without your owngoing service!

Pastor BJ I can’t express the gratitude I have for you and your staff at Grace. If it wasn’t for a mailer you guys sent out that lured my wife to your church I would still be lost. I apprieciate you mentioning a little bit of my story at volunteer night. Here i am almost 1 year into following christ & man I can’t tell you how much my life has changed. The holy spirit is alive in me and changing my life. After 36 years of life without purpose the last year has been amazing. So a huge thank you to you and everyone at Grace Fellowship.
