PROUD of our PRESCHOOL

Pat Sanford, one of our men at Grace told me a story this past Sunday that made me proud. Kailyn, a 3 year old in their family had been here recently to visit and got to go to the 3 year old class in our SmallWorld Preschool. The following Sunday, the family went to their church in Brownwood Texas and Kailyn made sure she told her teacher all about what took place in her visit here. She told her all about the story from the Bible of a man named David and another man named Goliath and how God was with David and helped him win his battle. I’m not sure who the teacher was in Kailyn’s 3rd grade class her at Grace on that particular Sunday, but I’m so proud of our children’s ministry and their commitment to teach children Biblical values and prinicples in a fun and safe environment. BJ & Janet were married in July 1977 They have three grown children who are all married: Jeremy & Whitney Rutledge, Chris & Julie Hurst, and Josh and Hannah Rutledge. They also have five grandsons, and a granddaughter. BJ says perhaps our greatest legacy is even though our kids are PK's, they love Jesus and are all involved in ministry in the local church. BJ has served at churches in Dallas - Bossier City, LA - Houston - and was at Fellowship of the Woodlands (Woodlands Church) in The Woodlands before coming to Grace Fellowship. BJ is the Legacy Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise, TX.
