On this historic day, 121212, I thought about 12 of my favorite passages from the Bible.  Granted, I will always love John 3:16, but these are some passages that have also impacted my life and have become favorites over the years.  I have many others, but these are the ones that came to mind this morning.

We are made right in God’s sight when we trust in Jesus Christ to take away our sins, and we can all be saved in this same way no matter who we are or what we’ve done.  Rom. 3:22 NLT (older version)
