GFC Volunteers – Thank You

3 I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, 4always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, 5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now. 6And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. Phil. 1:3-6

Our Volunteer Appreciation FIESTA on Sunday night was our way of saying thanks to you once again for the many ways you serve. The words Paul wrote in Philippians echo in my heart b/c I’m so grateful to God for your partnership with me and our church family in the sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Thousands of lives have been changed because you chose to be faithful and serve. Thank you.

I want to thank our Staff Team too – for doing such an outstanding job putting our Volunteer Appreciation FIESTA together. Your tireless efforts have not gone unnoticed and I’m so grateful for each of you.

I am blessed to serve with all of you at Grace Fellowship.

BJ & Janet were married in July 1977 They have three grown children who are all married: Jeremy & Whitney Rutledge, Chris & Julie Hurst, and Josh and Hannah Rutledge. They also have five grandsons, and a granddaughter. BJ says perhaps our greatest legacy is even though our kids are PK's, they love Jesus and are all involved in ministry in the local church. BJ has served at churches in Dallas - Bossier City, LA - Houston - and was at Fellowship of the Woodlands (Woodlands Church) in The Woodlands before coming to Grace Fellowship. BJ is the Legacy Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Paradise, TX.
