I had a good visit with a man in our church this morning.  I’m not revealing his name at this point because his experience is still so fresh.  His father passed away last night, and – as he’s always been when around me – he was very positive in the midst of his loss.  In spite of his grief, he found good things to focus on and talked about his blessings.  One of the blessings he talked about was his Life Group.  He told me they prayed & walked with him through the last two weeks which have been difficult for his father.  His Life Group leader had already called him this morning.  In his gifted way of wording things, he said if the other Life Groups tried to stack up against his, they’d probably have nose bleeds if they got to that level.   I told him I was blessed by his words, told him we’re praying and were here to help in any way possible, but I kinda think his Life Group has all that covered.
