According to Michael Hyatt:   25 percent of people abandon their New Year’s resolutions after one week, and 60 percent of people abandon them within six months. Only 5 percent of those who lose weight on a diet keep it off.

I know you’re not surprised by this, but we still make New Year’s Resolutions.  This isn’t a bad thing; in fact, it can be a very good thing.  However, there are some things that help us keep those resolutions.  Research shows that doing just one thing will make you 42% more likely to keep your resolutions.  So, I’ll share this and more this Sunday, Jan. 12,  in a new message:  WISE CHOICES FOR A NEW YEAR.
