According to Michael Hyatt: 25 percent of people abandon their New Year’s resolutions after one week, and 60 percent of people abandon them within six months. Only 5 percent of those who lose weight on a diet keep it off.
I know you’re not surprised by this, but we still make New Year’s Resolutions. This isn’t a bad thing; in fact, it can be a very good thing. However, there are some things that help us keep those resolutions. Research shows that doing just one thing will make you 42% more likely to keep your resolutions.
