I was in town this weekend because we’ve had a family gathering this past week so we came to Grace Fellowship today; 1st time for me since I started my sabbatical. IT WAS GREAT TO BE AT GRACE. The music – people & message were awesome.
As I drove home, I couldn’t help but think how blessed I am to be a part of leading this great church; can’t imagine doing anything else! I’m so grateful to be allowed this sabbatical, but I can’t wait to get back to GFC. Thankful – grateful – blessed!

BJ & Janet were married in July 1977
They have three grown children who are all married: Jeremy & Whitney Rutledge, Chris & Julie Hurst, and Josh and Hannah Rutledge. They also have five grandsons, and a granddaughter.
BJ says perhaps our greatest legacy is even though our kids are PK's, they love Jesus and are all involved in ministry in the local church.
BJ has served at churches in Dallas - Bossier City, LA - Houston - and was at Fellowship of the Woodlands (Woodlands Church) in The Woodlands before coming to Grace Fellowship.
