Tornadoes Wise County

Last night was a long night for many of us in Wise County.  Praying for all the families impacted by the tornadoes and flooding.  We have people from Grace Fellowship serving to help with clean up at this point in Runaway Bay and will be doing what we can as a church family to help those in need in the coming days.

I know newlyweds Brad and Brandy Snodgrass lost their home in Runaway Bay and many of their belongings last night, but they’re both ok.  Brandy is part of our Creative Arts Team at Grace.  The Creative Arts Team is at their place today helping with clean up.

I’ve heard from a number of people via social media of damaged homes and property, but thus far everyone we know of is ok and we’re thankful for that.

We’re also grateful for the efforts of the Bridgeport Police Department, the Wise County Sheriff’s Office, and all the Volunteer Fire Departments and their work to rescue and protect people last night.
