In Luke 9:43 the people were amazed at the greatness of God because Jesus healed a boy who was possessed by a demon.  Seeing God heal someone of a physical issue creates awe in me!  I’m even more amazed and in awe of God’s power when He brings about spiritual healing in someone when they choose to trust and follow Jesus as Lord and Savior.

As you pray for LIGHT, ask God to reveal the greatness of His power to those who attend, to our church family and to individuals as lives are changed by the power of God when people choose to trust and follow Jesus.  For me, there is no greater miracle than to see someone’s life transformed and made new by Christ!  2 Corinthians 5:17 Amp says: Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].
